Really, you took the photo at the perfect moment, the perfect time when the knife hit the tomato and created all those splashes of color. The editing is also nice, beautiful colors and sharpness.
The only thing I would suggest would be the editing on the splashes, they seem a little too bright and there's a little to much. The colors are a little too obviously edited, but only a little! You passed the border line only a little bit, maybe making the tomato a little less red and the splashes a little less obvious might help.
Over well, wonderful piece and composition.
